This plan dedicates much time towards increasing speed, power, and agility. The Athletic Plan enhances athletes skills in the following sports: soccer, basketball, football, surfing, snow boarding, and skiing.
This more advanced plan focuses on training both large and small muscle groups and is designed to accentuate waist, abs, butt, back, and shoulders. This plan is primarily used anyone that is already in shape and is looking to take it to the next level.
This program can be incorporated into any of the above programs and is perfect for the person that is ready to get in shape yesterday. This program has clients train with one of our trainers 5 to 6 times a week and primary focus is to get results asap!
